The leading subsector for tech acquisitions in Asia was IT Services space, which represented 22% of total deal volumes, followed by Internet Content & Commerce at 13% and Vertical Applications at 12%. There was also significant dealmaking activity in the IT Outsourcing and Enterprise Services Automation subsectors as well as ERP.
