The leading subsector for tech acquisitions in Asia was IT Services space, which represented 21% of total deal volumes, followed by Internet Content & Commerce and Industry-Specific Applications providers at about 13% each. There was also significant dealmaking activity in the IT Outsourcing and Enterprise Recourse Planning subsectors as well as Mobility.
